sgreen安卓安装包 I have to admit I went into this book with certain expectations. I’ve only read one other book by Charlie Donlea, Don’t Believe It, and that book blew me away.

The Suicide House definitely had the same mystery that continued to push me forward. There were so many unknowns that throughout the entire novel even as I tried to piece the story together I found that I couldn’t because of all the moving pieces. This meant that I often couldn’t put this book down, because I’d get to the end of a chapter and need more.

I hadn’t read a book that included Rory and Lane but I loved their relationship and idiosyncrasies, they helped to give the book something more personal. With the inclusion of some other really fun characters I definitely enjoyed this read.

The one thing that I can say is that I continued to compare this book to the only other book I’ve read by Donlea and I think it hurt the ending for  me. I kept expecting this great twist, and while there was a bit of a twist it was underwhelming for me because my expectations were so high. Nonetheless this read is perfect for a late night of reading and I would highly recommend it.

Two years ago after a very snowy winter and then a very rainy spring we lost the carpeting in this bedroom due to “seepage” (it’s not considered flooding, at least according to insurance). That summer we installed vinyl flooring. Unfortunately this year we experienced a very bad rain storm and when I woke up in the middle of the night and put my feet on the floor I found that we were flooded again.

My dad claims this is due to the gutters not being cleaned. Izzy and I are having the foundation inspected. Nonetheless we needed a flooring that could stand up to “seepage”. And once again we are having to redo our master bedroom.

Because we’re spending so much time at home I wanted to make sure that once our bedroom is back to normal (we have new flooring happening next month, we will be finishing off the concrete floor vs. putting in flooring). Because we’re finishing off the concrete I knew we needed a rug to pull the room together and make it warmer. Even in the dead of summer the floor is COLD and I end up having to sleep with socks on!

Enter Wayfair, because they have just what I need. Izzy and I picked out the Annmarie Cream Rug because I love how the colors really pop and they go with everything in our room. Although it’s a little hard to picture what the rug will look like with the finished flooring, I am digging how happy it looks and happy is how I want my bedroom to feel.

Right now we’re all kind of stuck at home, but we really don’t need to think of ourselves as stuck. Right now I’m trying to be positive in so many different ways. Sure, we had two different types of flooring ruined to water, but I am positive that once our bedroom is finished it will be beautiful and we’ll have this lovely rug to warm it up. And if rugs aren’t what you need, Wayfair really does have absolutely anything that you could be looking for.

We’re at the very end of July, which means one more glorious month of summer. I know this is isn’t the summer we all thought we were going to have, but to be honest I’m still really loving it nonetheless.

Remember, we need to make the most of this time, even in this new normal. And with one more month left of summer, it’s time to reconnect with nature.

Enhance your outdoor space
Izzy and I have been spending a ton of time in our backyard and I have to say I’m really obsessed with our outdoor space – between the screened in porch, the deck with the fire table, and of course the pool we’re really lucky to have a wonderful outdoor oasis. Some things you can do to enhance your outdoor space?

String up a hammock between your favorite trees.
Get your own fire table (they are SO AWESOME).
Buy some tiki torches, comfy chairs, and string lights.

Get your body moving outside
For those of you that aren’t able to get to the gym, you can still keep your body moving, and the great outdoors are a great place to do it! If you’re still wanting to keep your body moving, here are a few ways to do it.

Go for a walk (or a run) around the neighborhood.
Invest in a kayak and take a trip on the lake or river.
Do yoga in the park.

Cook a meal outdoors
Another thing I love to do is fire up the grill and cook a meal outside. This is especially nice after a long day by the pool, and the meal can be as easy or difficult as you like. I’m a huge fan of burgers or hot dogs, but I certainly wouldn’t pass up steak or wings if they were offered to me!
